This request is for proposed changes to the Technical Speci-fications involving the main steam line low pressure setpoint and the minimum critical power ratio limit as described in Exhibit A a:tached.
This License Amendment Request has been reviewed by the Monti-cello Operations Comittee and the Monticello Safety Audit Comi t tee. We have concluded that the proposed changes do not involve an unreviewed safety question.
