Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 License Amendment Request dated Octobet 31. 1977 a change of Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of th Operating License for the Monticello Nuclear Cenerating Plant proposed enanges are in response to an NRC letter dated September 19 The Specifications that would delete the requirement for Report and to state our intentions with respect to modifying the content ng of our monthly reports.
NSP will submit, by March 1,1978, a " Narrative Summary of Operating Experience fcr the year 1977 which is similar in style and detail to th t previously prepared for inclusion in the Annual Operating Report.

A " Narrative Summary of Operating Experience" will be included with the Monthly Operating Reports commencing January 1978, provided that we are granted the extension in time fer submittal of the Monthly Operating Report as discussed in the attached License Amendment Request.
The September 19, 1977 letter from the NRC also requested that NSP validate and provide any missing data for an NRC prepared compilation of
