Gentlemen:

We have reviewed revision three of the Fonticello Operator Requalification Program submitted on June 3, 1976.

Specifically, the modifications are as follows:

1.

Item B under section 2, page 3.

The last paragraph has been changed to read:

I "The licensed individual who prepares and grades the annual examination need not take the examination.

This exclusion shall extend to only one individual."

2.

Item C under section 2, paDe 3.

The last sentence in the first paragraph has been changed to read:

" Licensed operators will be required to attend all lectures relating to any annual examination subject in which they re-i ceived a grade of less than 80%."

i The operator requalification program, as rodified, continues to meet the re-quireraents of paragraph 50.54 (1-1) of 10 CFR Part 50 and Apoendix A to CFP Part 55.

Sincerely, omCfNAL SIGNED BX P, E. 00 LUNE
