This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. Choules and Punter of
this office on February 7, 1975, of activitica at the Ponticello plant
authorized by NRC Operating 1.icense DpP.-22, and to the discussion of our
findings with Messrs. Larson and othera of your staff at the conclusion
of the inspection.
A copy of our report of this inspection is enclosed and identifies the
areas curtined during the inspection. Within theme areen, the inspection
consisted of a relective eumination of proc !uren and representative
records, intervieva with plant personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
