. As a result of the' inspection conducted on October 30-November 2 and 28,1990 and.in'accordance with the " General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR-Part 2, Appendix C, (1989) (Enforcement Policy) the ifollowing violation was. identified:
Technical Specification 6.5.2.8.j requires that audits of the Radiological Environmental Monitoring. Program (REMP) and results shall be performed at least once per 12 months under the cognizance of the Safety Review Committee.
. Contrary to-the above, an audit of the-REMP and results was not performed
- since January 1,.1989.
