The NRC has not made an attempt to ascertain the accuracy of the information supplied by the individual.
The enicosed concern is provided for your review and so that you can take the appropriate action.
The enclosed information is not being placed in the Public Document Room.
Appropriate safeguards must be applied to the enclosed information in view of its unsubstantiated nature in order to avoid an unwarranted invasion of privacy or defamation of character of named individuals.
You are requested to review this information and provide us the results of your findings within 45 days of the receipt of this letter.
