SUBJECT: REPORT NO. 50-395/83-17
Thank you for your response of August 24, 1983, to our Notice of Violation issued
on July 25, 1983, concerning activities conducted under NRC Operating License
No. NPF-12.
Based on a conversation between Mr. J. Skolds, Senior Resident
Inspector and Mr. Quinton, Assistant Manager. Maintenance, it is our understand-
ing that the date of full compliance for Item C-3 will be prior to the eddy
current outage for steam generator inspection. We have evaluated your response
and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine your
corrective actions during future inspections.
