r-APPENDIX B NOTICE OF DEVIATION Mississippi Power and Light Company Docket No. 50-416 Grand Gulf License No. NPF-13 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on February 16 - March 11, 1983, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:

Mississippi Power and Light Company letter AECM 82/304, dated July 6,1982, in response to a Notice of Violation, stated that all control room cabinets would be locked and access controlled by the shift supervisor /superinten-dent.

Contrary to the above, on February 25, 1983, six panels in the control room and upper equipment room were not locked and not attended.
