DPR-16, rquests changes to Appendix A of that license.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request revises sections
- 2. 3.1.6, 2. 3.7, 3.3, Tables 3.1.1 and 4.1.1 to allow for the addition of a tenth range to the Intermdiate Rancf! mnitors (IRM) of the thutrcn !bnitoring System.
The Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and a]; proved by the Plant Operations Review Committee and the Ind3pmdent Safety Review Group in accorchnce with Section 6.5 of the Ofster Creek Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91 (b) (1), a copy of this Technical Specification Change Rquest has been sent to the State of New Jersey Deparment of Environmental Protection.
In addition, we have determined that this submittal is Class III per 10 CFR 170.22 and have enclosed a check for $4,000 pursuant to that section.
