Review of Limerick Severe Accident Risk Assessment Enclosed is a draft of a report being prepared for the NRC staff on this subject by the Brookhaven National Laboratory. As stated in the report, there are certain areas for which additional information would assist the BNL and NRC staffs in further developing the review findings and conclusions.
Therefore, the report is provided in draft fom to enable the Philadelphia Electric Company to prepare responses for these areas. We will be in touch with your staff regarding the means for providing the response, whether by letter, in a meeting or orally. 'However, for interim planning purposes, you should consider a meeting the week of September 12, 1983, which is accompanied by written responses to as many of the concerns as is possible.
