REVISIONS TG FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN Pursuant to the revised instructions contained in 10 CPR 70.32(c) issued in 48 FR 5886 on February 9, 1983, General Electric Company hereby submits the latest revision (dated 8/03/83) to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the fuel fabrication facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. contains a descriptive listing of the changes made which will not require NRC approval prior to implementation, and contains the revised pages.
Pursuant.to 10 CPR 2.790(d), General Electric requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure as this material identifies General Electric procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
