This is to confirm our conversation today notifying you that copies of 31 depositions, taken in this proceeding, are now available at the Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC. Copies have also been sent to the Local Public Document Room in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
I would particularly note that the depositions of Messrs. Van Doorn and Bryant are included among these depositions, which you stated in the.
August 11, 1983 conference call with the Licensing Board that you needed in order to support your request for deposing Mr. James P. O'Reilly, Regional Administrator for Region II.
Please call me early next week so that we may implement the Board's direction to confer on this subject prior to a conference call with the Board and parties. As I am leaving for vacation after August 19, 1983, I would like to have this matter heard next week.
