TECHNICAL SPECIFICATI0lJ CHANGES FOR NEUTRON SOURCE STREf;GTH Big Rock Point Plant The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendnent No. 60 to facility Operating License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. This amendaent consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated !1ay 27, 1983.
The anendt.cnt approves Technical Specification changes which institute a procedure for use during start-up in the event that neutron source strength is too low to provide the minimum specified count rate.
A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendnent to License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for llearing related to the Regeested action wasppublished in the Federal Renister on July 6, 1983 (48 FR 31124). No request for hearing was received and no coments were received.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. This action will appear in the Comission's Monthly Notice publisation in the Federal Register.
