Enclosed is the final Technical Evaluation Report from one of our contractors, Franklin Research Center, entitled " Evaluation of TMI-1 Steam Generator Tube /Tubesheet Repair" dated July 8,1983. The Technical Evaluation Report contains certain infomation which you have previously claimed to be proprietary. We intend to prepare a non-proprietary version of the Technical Evaluation Report for distri-bution and placement in the public document roca. Therefore, we request that you review the Technical Evaluation Report and advise us on an expedited basis as to what infomation in the report still requires proprietary protection.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OriB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
