QA-List (FSAR Table 3.2-1) for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Reg III (Units 1 & 2)

In its review of Amendment 12 to the Perry FSAR (July 19,1983), the staff finds that this amendment does not include a revised Table 3.2-1 reflecting the changes documented in your letter to me dated May 19, 1983, the acceptability of which was related to you in my letter dated June 21, 1983.

Until the acceptably revised QA-List is incorporated into your FSAR, this issue will continue to be considered not fully resolved, and will be added to the list of Confirmatory Issues (Section 1.10 of the SER) in the next SER Supplement.

(Tentatively scheduled to be issued in November 1983).
