Subj ect: Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Doeket No. 50-219 Oyster Creek Cycle 10 Reload Application Amendment No. 4 to General Electric NEDO-24195 The attached information supplements our submittals of April 21,1980 and March 9,1981, which provide the bases for the Oyster Creek Cycle 10 Reload.
These submittals support the changes made in Technical Specification Change Request No. 96, which was submitted on September 1,1982.
It is currently anticipated that the final Cycle 10 Reload Core Design information and the final changes to Technical Specification Change Request No. 96, if appropriate, will be sulnitted on or about September 30, 1983.
