Reportable Occurrence Report R0-370/83-32 was to have been submitted by July 29, 1983. This 30-day reportable occurrence (per T.S. 6.9.1.11) concerns T.S. 3.5.1.2, "Each upper head injection accumulator system shall be operable with:
- a. The isolation valves open....", which was violated on June 30, 1983. At this time all of the required information is not yet available. The complete report will bb submitted by August 12, 1983.
