Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are Attachments A and B which contain Safeguards Information relating to changes which have been implemented to Revision 11 of the Diablo Canyon Pbwer Plant Security Plan and to Revision 2 of the Safeguard Contingency Plan. Attachment A identifies and describes changes to each Plan, while Attadunent B c.onsists of replacement pages for your copy of these Plans. A revised drawing, which is part of the Security Plan and is identified in Appendix C to the Plan, is also enclosed as Attachment C.
Vertical lines in the right-hand margin of the replacement pages identify the location of the changes. 'Ihese changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plans and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
'Ihe enclosures contain safeguards information which is to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this material on the enclosed copy of this letter and return it in the enclosed addreased envelope.
