Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficeincy in Reference (A), and an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B), At that t ime, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by August 1, 1983.
Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now expected that this information will be finalized by September 15, 1983, when a complete report will be submitted.
There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
