We have received a copy of your application dated June 16, 1983, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for re-view. This application proposed changes to license conditions regarding (1) post-accident sampling, (2) additional accident monitorin instru-mentation (3) instruments for inadequate core cooling, and (g) upgrade 4
of emergency s'upport facilities for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit No. 2.
A Class III fee ($4,000) was remitted with your request pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their preliminary review of Class IV fee ($12,300)your application, it has been determined that a is appropriate for your request since the review will involve consideration of four safety issues. Therefore, you are requested to remit the additional stai of $8,300 to this office.
If the ONRR staff's final review of your request reveals that this fee is not
