In order to more thoroughly evaluate and compare the effects of natural circulation response of different NSSS designs, EG&G cf Idaho is performing a computer analysis of some of the events occuring at PWRs.

In order to complete the analysis of the test at North Anna, Unit 2, the following information is requircd for the 3% test and the 1% test:

1.

0-30 minute plots of secondary side parameters, primary flow and pressure.

2.

Clarification of operating conditions prior to and during tests (especially on the secondary side).

3.

Control conditions of the PORV.

We request that this information be provided to us by August 1,1983.

While we realize this request date is of short notice, we solicit your cooperation in providing this information for the Comission's study of natural circulation tests.
