EVALUATION OF BEST AND FINAL PROPOSALS UNDER RFP NO. RS-SECY-82-473 ENTITLED, " STEN 0 GRAPHIC REPORTING SERVICES"

Enclosed here/ith is one set of the best and final proposals received in response to subject RFP and the evaluation sneets used during the review of the initial prope.sals. It is requested that you indeperdently examine the documerts in detail, rate then ar !nst the solicitation's evaluation s
l criteria, and prepare a sumary scose. sheet keyed to the basic criteria.
In addition, a narrative statednt should be made which discusses the following:
a.
Any strength cf the propos;al which significantly affected the scoring.
b.
Any weaknesses 'of the proposal which significantly affected the scoring.
c.
Whether the concerns that you had prior to negotiations were adequately discussed in the best and final and found to be satisfactory.
d.
Any additional reservations you still have concerning the proposal.
e.
The contractor which you would select for awan! of the contract.
It is important that each proposal be rated on its own merit.
Upon completion of this review, all score cheets should be returned to Mr. Patrick Rowe, Panel Chainnan for consolidation.
It is anticipated that a meeting shall be held on or before February 17, 1983 to discuss the, panel's-findings and to select a contractor.

As with the initial proposals, you are reminded that all copies of the

proposals should be safeguarded and con:idered " administrative confidential."
Additionally, the offeror is not to te contacted concerning any aspect of the proposal. All questions, c.larifications, etc., from the panel or
' offerors should be directed to the undersigned or the Contracting Officer.
