STEN 0 GRAPHIC REPORTING SERVICES As was discussed this afternoon, if the panel w!shes to engaga in another ro>md of negotiations with Tayloe Associates, please provide me with a rmorandum setting forth the open areas to be discussed.
I under stand that these pMmarily involve elements of cost.
I would expect that this memorandum would be very brief; it is designed to set forth for the record why we are not accepting Tayloe's Best c.nd Final offer.
In the neantine, as discussed with the panel during our meeting on March E,1983, ve have arranged with Taylce for negotiations to be held in room AR-2223-2 on Monday, March 7,1933 at 9:00 a.m.
I would be happy to meet with you at your convenience to discuss the issues raised in your March 3,1983 memorandum.
