Duke Power Company has been registered as a user of this package under the general license provisions of 10 CFR G71.12. Please note that this certificate has been issued for a period of one year.
In order to renew this approval after July 31, 1984, it will be necessary to submit a consolidated application to replace the approximately 30 applicatians referenced in this approval. All references to the shipmerft of irradiated spent feel shcald be deleted,.
The approval constitutes aethority to use this package for the shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 5173.471.
