y A s;uricus E1:sure cf a feedwater valve caused the RCS pressure :: increase and actuate the electr::atic reitef valve. A relay was =issing fr:m the valve c:n:r:11er and caused it := cycle several times and finally stick cpen.
The stuck electrcmatic relief valve blew d:wn c:ntinu usly f:r ap;r:ximately 2C minutes bef re it was is: lated by cl sing its b1::t valve. The RCS was subjected := a rapid depressuri:atien.
