Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In the Corrective Action section of Significant Deficiency Report SD 413-414/82-01, dated February 18, 1982, it was stated that all necessary corrective actions and the resolution of NCI 13,808 would be complete by March 1,1983. Due to the fact that several affected valves were in systems undergoing testing, they were not available for repairs at the time. The work on these remaining valves is to be complete by July 15, 1983.
