Included in.this inspection were:

of the seismic design of the main' steam line from the outboard containment isolation valve to the turbine stop valves (Zimmer); (2) Review of Sargent Land Lundy (S&L) methods for consideration of. local pipe stresses induced by l

'S&L did not adequately translate applicable electrical separation criteria into

Report (Clinton) regarding improperly tightened jam nuts on structural steel

the enclosed report.- Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an examination of procedures _and representative records, interviews with.
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
