Pursuant to the Licensing Board's Order of June 29,1983 (Tr. 7353), enclosed ies of the NRC Staff's testimony concerning a) the design herewith are cop (DBA) spectrum; (b) core disruptive accident CDA) analyses; basis accident and(c)BoardQuestions 4, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14. concerning Board Questions 1, 11, 16, and 17 may be found in the Staff's CDA i

testimony at pages 115-18, 50-51, 85-87, and 51-60, respectively.

ll Counsel for the Staff and Applicants have agreed among themselves upon the order and presentation of testimony at the hearing (see Tr. 7338-39). It is our joint proposal that testimony should be presented as follows:

-2 As noted above, the Staff's testimony on Board Questions 1, 11, 16, and 17 is already integrated into the Staff's CDA testimony, and it will be presented with the CCA testimony. The Staff's testimony on Board Questions 4,10,12, 13 and 14 will be presented with the Staff's DBA testimony. The Staff's testimony on Board Questions 6 and 9 will be presented following the

'l conclusion of the DBA and CDA testimony, pursuant to the order of presentation set forth above.

The Staff is continuing to develop c list of Exhibits for introduction at the hearing. We anticipate filing that list during the week of July 11, 1983.

We will confer with Counsel for Applicants concerning a stipulation on authenticity and admissibility of Exhibits for the Licensing Board's approval.
