The B&W requalification training program is primarily intended to improve the plant operator's ability to control the plant under abnormal conditiens. The 7
abnormal conditions which are considered are derived from License Event Reports z--
--4 (LER's) and discussions with personnel at the plants.. A visit to each site is eMW5 i5niihWN made just before requalification training starts to meet with on-shift personnel, operations supervisors and training in order to tailor instruction to specific W
gg6 plant problem. Events are shared a:nong plants so that the Oconee operators are exposed to SMUD problems and vice versa among all our plants.
