This confirms a telephone conversation between Mr. F. Lentine of your staff and Mr. M. Hotzmer of my staff on July 5,1983, in which it was agreed that a security enforcement meeting between Commonwealth Edison Company and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission would be conducted beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 8,1983 at the Region III offices in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the breach of security event of June 15,1983, your corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and to discuss the enforcement aspects of this event.
We wiLL' gladly discuss any cuestions you may have concerning this matter.
