I further reouest you develop a revised version of the Padiation Energency Drill to involve the personne) on shif t only.
The intent is to have auctif ary operators directly involved in the energency procedure staulation so as to build up each shif t's expertise afd readiness to handle coergencies as an integrated crew.
It is my desire to have the control roon operators ref ef the operators prior to the sim14tions as an educational review to identify that each nas would do, then shortly thereaf ter announce a simlated practice and carry out the sienstated actions. Everyone should clay the E.....we've found that in same of the e orgencies the actual practice of estag to the valve, csumunications takte place between CRO, AG.
