Dear Steve and Mike:
During Mr. Hughes' May 19 deposition, Edison, the staff (through Steve Lewis) and I all agreed to keep the entire deposition transcript confidential until any board ruling to the contrary.
Because no occasion has arisen for such a ruling, I propose that we release ourselves from the agreement, with the exceptions set out below.
The following portions of the transcript will be deleted or masked, and no information contained in or derived from these portions will be disclosed by any person present at the deposition session:
