Limerick Generating Station, Unit 1 Preservice Inspection Program Plan for the Reactor Pressure Vessel
Dear Mr. Schwencer:
As stated in the reference (1) letter, the Preservice Inspection Plan for Limerick is divided into three parts. The first part includes all nondestructive examination items required to be inspected by ASME Section XI, with the exception of the reactor pressure vessel, its internals and safe ends. The second part of tha plan consists of the pump and valve tests described in articles IWP and IWV of ASME Section XI.
The third part includes the nondestructive examination of the reactor pressure vessel, its internals and safe ends.
The first part was transmitted with the reference (1) letter and the second part was transmitted with the reference (2) letter. With this letter we are transmitting (5) copies of the third part of the plan for Unit No. 1.
