Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 4 to the Catawba Nuclear Station Security Plan. Revision 4 was developed to include recent design changes to the interim protected area barrier, Duke Power Company's reorganizational structure and various editorial changes.

Revision 4 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawba Nuclear Station Security Plan.

Since this material is applicable to security provisions at Catawba. it is requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
