l Over a month has passed since we agreed to ac-comodate your request for continuances of the depositions of Thomas Devine, Louis Clark and Billie Garde. As no motion to quash has been filed and my telephone calls remain unanswered, we intend to proc.ced with the deposition of Mri Clark on June 23, 1983 and Mr. Devine on June 24, 1983.

Each deposition will commence at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Isham, Lincoln & Beale, 1120 Connecticut Avenue, N.W.,

Suite 840, Washington, DC. As both gentlemen have been i subpoenaed, we will expect them to appear on those days.
