I represent John llughes, a former employee of l
Pittsburgh Testing Laboratories at the Byron Nuclear l
Station, in the matter of certain allegations made by him to the NRC.
l Yesterday I contacted Stephen Lewis, NRC Region III counsel, to request certain documents pertaining to Mr. Hughes. Today Mr. Lewis informed me that that request must be made to you.
I understand that Mr. Hughes signed a statement in January, 1983 concerning his allegations. Inasmuch I
