Dear Steve:
This will confirm our telephone conversation of yesterday during which I informed you that I represent Mr. John Hughes, a former employee of Pittsburgh Testing Laboratories.
We agreed that NRC officals would not contact
!!r. Hughes directly, but that all contact would go through me.
I also agreed that I would request Mr. Hughes not to have contact with Mr. Forney unless you were present.
As I told you, Mr. Hughes and his co-workers with l
whom he was interviewed by Mr. Forney and other l
Regim III officials, gave those officials certain documents pertaining to Mr. Hughes and his allegations, l
j Those documents include but are not limited to tests l
taken by Mr. Hughes and correspondence regarding his l
termination by PTL.
Because Mr. Hughes did not keep l
copies of those documents, I request that you immediately eno provide me with them.
