Our review of your submittals has been completed, except for implementing

procedure No. EP-1 (Revision 7) that was included in Transmittal No.82-011.
The completed reviews have indicated that the changes did not appear to decrease the effectiveness of your emergency response planning. The review of EP-1 will be completed in the near future and the results of that review will be transmitted by separate correspondence.
Please be reminded that 10 CFR 50.54(q) requires NRC approval of any changes to your emergency plan that decrease the effectiveness of the plan prior to implementing such changes.
