Resumption of operation after refueling will require changes to Technical Specifications. The changes will be such as to allow operation of the plant with a fresh reload batch and reshuffled core.

SUMMARY
OF UNIT 1 OPERATING EXPERIENCE MAY 1983 5/1 At the beginning of this reporting period, Unit 1 was operating at 910 MWe with the reactor at 100% power.
5/5 Decreased load to 835 MWe at 2200 to replace oil in 12 Circulating Water Pump.
5/6 Load was increased to capacity (910 MWe) at 405. At 2200 load was decreased to 885 MWe to conduct Core Physics testing.
5/9 Load was increased to capacity (910 MWe) at 1900.
5/15 At 0608 load was decreased to 745 MWe to test Main Turbine Control Valves. Load was increased to capacity (910 MWe) at 1300.
5/17 At 405 load was decreased to 760 MWe to investigate Main Turbine Control Valve tightness problem. Load was increased to capacity (905 MWe) at 0740.
5/28 At 0605 load was decreased to 760 MWe to test Main Turbine Control Valves. Load was increased to capacity (910 MWe) at 1500.
5/31 At the end of this reporting period, Unit I was operating at 895 MWe with the reactor at 100% power.
SUMMARY
OF UNIT 2 OPERATING EXPERIENCE MAY 1983 5/1 At the beginning of this reporting period, Unit 2 was operating at 890 MWe with the reactor at 100% power. At 0030 load was decreased to 720 MWe to test Main Turbine Control Valves. Load was increased to capacity (890 MWe) at 0445.
5/14 Decreased load to 720 MWe at 0500 in preparation for Amertap inspections.
5/15 The reactor was shutdown at 1030 to check oil level in 22A Reactor Coolant Pump.
5/16 At 0357 Unit was started up and paralleled to the Grid. Load was increased to 740 MWe at 1515. At 1600 load was decreased to 700 MWe while repairing 21 MSIV Accumulator. Resumed full load operation (875 MWe) at 2000.
5/29 At 0020 load was decreased to 770 MWe to test Main Turbine Control Valves. Load was increased to capacity (880 MWe) at 0845.
5/31 At the end of this reporting period, Unit 2 was operating at 875 MWe with the reactor at 100% power.
