Dear Mr. Dibble:

This is in partial response to your letter dated March 24,1983, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, that copies of SECY-82-306 and SECY-82-499 be placed in our Public Document Room.

In a telephone conversation with Carol Ann Reed, of my staff, on April 26, 1983, you were informed that SECY-82-499 consists of a three page summary of a proposed Federal Register notice, the proposed notice itself, and a transmittal memorandum for the CRGR minutes of meeting #16.

You were.

e further informed that-the Federal Register notice was published-on March 4, 1983 (48 FR 9284),.and that the CRGR minutes for meeting #16 are currently.in our-Public ' Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington,,
