Dear Mr. Prendergast:
This is to clarify our final reply to your letter dated August 9,1982, in t:sich you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents pertaining to the Zack Company and/or work performed by that company in the construction of the nuclear facilities located at LaSalle, Illinois, Clinton, Illinois and Midland, Michigan.
After we dispatched my March 11, 1983 letter to you, we discovered an identical document was described on both Appendix A (document 135) and onAppendixD(document 5).
This memo was described on both lists because it relates to the LaSalle plant and also to the Midland plant.
We have again reviewed this document and determined that it can be released as document 135 on Appendix A, except for the deletions of certain personal privacy information.
Therefore, document 5 of Appendix D is hereby deleted from Appendix D.
