Dear Mr. Cook:
In accordance with Section 105c(2) of the Atonic Energy Act of 1954, the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has made an initial finding that no significant (antitrust) changes in the licensee's activities or proposed activities have occurred since the construction pennit reviews for the Midland Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2.
Copies of the Staff's review and a Federal Register notice are enclosed.

SUMMARY
STATEMENT DIRECTOR'S FINDING - The Director of Nuclear Reactor Psegulation has made an initial finding of "no significant change" regarding the antitrust aspects of the Licensee's application in Docket Nos. 50-329A and 50-330A.
Requests for reevaluation are due thirty days from date of publication in the Federal Register.
