Dear Mr. Heider:
This is in response to Yankee ' Atomic Electric Company's February 9,1983 letter (J.A. Kay to R.F. Burnett, Director, Division of Safeguards) regarding changes to the Yankee Rowe Security Plan.
We have reviewed the information contained in the Security Plan Revision (No. 7) and have determined that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, these changes are acceptable for inclusion into the plan with the following consents:
Pages 55, 58, 60, and 63 of this Revision (No. 7) were pmviously transmitted as a Security Plan Revision by your letter dated November 1,1982, and were found acceptable by D. M. Crutchfield's January 28, 1983, letter to J. A. Kay.
Revised pages for Events 8 and 9, plus pages for Events 10 and 11, requim a position title change in the column heading (from Security Administrator to Security Supervisor).
Accordingly, it is mquested that corrected page revisions be transmitted to this office within 30 days of the nceipt of this letter.
The enclosure to your above referenced letter of February 9,1983, is being withheld from public disclosure since it contains Safeguards Information and commercial or financial information and must be protected in accordance with provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21 and 9.12,respectively.
