In accordance with Mr. Eisenhut's letter to Mr. Cook dated March 22,1983, we have modified the EPP to reflect the addition of the Standby Electric Power (SEP) system and the Control Room Heating, Ventilating and Air Condi-tioning (.VAC) system to the scope of the Midland IDCV program. Accordingly, we are pleased to transmit general Revision 2 of the EPP for your review. The revised EPP incorporates comments received from the NRC staff, Consumers pTg 6c Power Company personnel and interested members of the public during o meeting held on April 13,1983 of the NRC's Bethesda, Maryland offices.
