containing Inspection Report. 82-25.
This report providad restits, of inspections performed at Dtvis-Nesse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1-Tne appendix of this it.spection renort contained a Notice of Violatica requiring a written response.
The issue identified in the Notice of Violation is presently being eva'.uated, Due to the number of different organizationt involved in preparing Tcledo Edison's response to this notice, it will not be possible to meet the requested January 20, 1983 date. This has been di:; cussed with the NRC Resident Inspector.
Toledo Edison's response will be submitted no later than March 1, 1983.
