ALAB-713 This is to inform you that the time provided by NRC regulations within which the Commission may act to review the Appeal Board decision (ALAB-713) in this docket has expired. The Commission has declined any review. Accordingly, the decision became final agency action on April 27, 1983.
This Commission action does not deal with uncontested issues which are considered separately by the staff and the Commission. The requested full power license will not be issued until the staff has briefed the Commission on the remaining uncontested issues associated with Unit 1 and the Commission has determined whether to authorize the license, s
