Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/83-18 was to have been submitted by May 6, 1983.
This 30 day Reportable Occurrence (pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.11) concerns Technical Specification 3.7.8, "all snubbers listed in Tables 3.7-4a and 3.7-4b shall be operable", which was violated on April 7, 1983. At this time, all of the required information is not yet available. The complete report will be submitted by May 20, 1983.
