By letter dated March 16, 1983, you provide.d to Carolina Power &
Light Company (CP&L) the NRC staff's generic safety evaluation for reactor core isolation cooling (RCIC) system automatic restart (Enclosure 2) and the plant specific acceptance criteria for RCIC automatic estart (Enclosure 3).
As requested by your letter, CP&L has reviewed Enclosure 3 and verified that the acceptance criteria identified in that enclosure have been satisfied for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
