l This letter is to give notice that w have concurrently asked the Division of Accounting and Finance to bill your Company for the review of Revision 13 to Topical Report No. CPC-1A', " Quality Assurance Manual for the Midland Nuclear Plant, Volume I," which was submitted to the U. S. Nuclear Regula-tory Consnission for review on February 14, 1983.

We understand that the staff of the Division of Quality Assurance, Safeguards, and Inspection Prograras completed the review of this revision on March 14, 1983.

Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.

The total cost to be billed is $288 based on review time involving 8 pro-fessional staff hours at $36 per hour. The invoice for this amount will j

be sent to you by the Division of Accounting and Finance within a fett days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Cosatission and forwarded to the Division of Ac-counting and Finance. When making payment, please make reference to the invoice number.
