Dear Members of the Board:
Pursuant to the Licensing Board's directions in its Orders of March 5,1982 (at pp. 23-24) and December 1,1982 (at p. 6), Applicants are on this date mailing to Intervenors in this proceeding copies of the Catawba Nuclear Station Operations Emergency Procedures. A copy of those procedures is attached for the Board's convenience.
Consistent with the prior practice in this case, it is Applicant's position that the 30-day period for filing contentions. if any, on this issue should run from Monday, May 9, 1983.
